Created from the vision of co-founders Amy Moses and Sara Lynn Johnson Fultz, MOJO treats many common pelvic floor issues including or related to: bowel/bladder, low back/hip pain, sexual dysfunction, and pregnancy/postpartum.

Sara Lynn is a physical therapist with over 19 years of experience treating patients with a wide variety of orthopedic conditions. She developed a passion for helping women and men with pelvic health conditions and has focused her practice in this area for the last 10 years.

Anna, a physical therapist for MOJO, received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. She enjoys treating a variety of patients including pregnant and postpartum women, athletes and patients with pelvic pain.

Audra, a physical therapist for MOJO, received her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from State University of New York Upstate Medical University. She treats a variety of issues in both men and women including pelvic pain, hip pain, low-back pain, postpartum issues, and more.

Oksana received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Lynchburg College in Virginia. She is an orthopaedic board-certified specialist who found her passion for pelvic health when she learned many women close to her were struggling to find help or even talk about certain pelvic health conditions.

Devin received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch. She has a particular passion for working with pediatric patients and adult pelvic health patients. She has completed her Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist certification.


Virginia Long
Virginia Long,
Physical Therapist

Virginia received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN. She has completed over 40 hours of advanced work for pelvic floor evaluation and therapy. She treats a variety of pelvic health needs in both men and women, including urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy and postpartum.

Taylor grew up moving around in a military household, primarily living in the south. She attended the University of Alabama where she majored in Exercise Science before moving to Memphis, TN to attend the University of Tennessee Health Science Center for her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.

Rachel was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. She attended The University of Tennessee at Knoxville where she majored in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology. After receiving her Bachelor’s degree, she moved back home to Memphis to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center. She has completed her core pelvic health training through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.
