Karly Nantze

Karly Nantze, OTR/L, is a pelvic health occupational therapist bringing a unique perspective to the field. Originally from Union City, Tennessee, Karly earned her Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral and Health Sciences with a concentration in Therapeutic Recreation from Middle Tennessee State University, followed by a Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Tennessee State University.

As an occupational therapist specializing in pelvic health, Karly focuses on how pelvic floor issues impact daily activities and quality of life. Her expertise includes analyzing functional tasks and providing innovative strategies, adaptations, and behavioral modifications to improve her patients’ daily living.

Karly has completed extensive pelvic health training through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, the MOJO Clinical Team Mentoring Program, and various OT-based courses. Her personal experience with pelvic health therapy during pregnancy and postpartum deepens her compassion and dedication to her work.

Outside the clinic, Karly enjoys outdoor activities, exercise, and spending time with her husband and young son.
