Sarah Pemberton

Sarah Pemberton, PT, DPT, PCES, is a skilled pelvic health physical therapist dedicated to improving her patients’ quality of life. Originally from South Louisiana, Sarah earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Human Movement Studies and a minor in Psychology from Louisiana State University. She completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at LSU Health Sciences Center – New Orleans.

Sarah has over 100 hours of advanced training through the APTA Section on Pelvic Health, Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, and the MOJO Pelvic Health Clinical Training and Mentoring Program. She is also a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Sarah specializes in treating men and women with urinary and bowel dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, chronic pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, and pregnancy/postpartum concerns. Her empathetic approach creates a supportive environment where patients feel comfortable addressing sensitive issues.

Outside the clinic, Sarah enjoys exploring Memphis with her husband and two children, cheering for University of Memphis baseball, and traveling, which shapes her holistic approach to wellness.
