Born and raised in East Tennessee near the Great Smoky Mountains, Chance embraced an active lifestyle early on. He earned his certification as an athletic trainer from King University and went on to complete his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis.

To further enhance his skills, Chance completed the Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency at Northwestern University and Shirley Ryan AbilityLab in Chicago, a premier program in orthopedic care.

Chance is passionate about empowering his patients through personalized, empathetic care and collaborative treatment plans. He strives to guide each patient toward autonomy and self-efficacy while pursuing his goal of becoming an Orthopedic Certified Specialist.
