Sara Lynn Johnson Fultz
Sara Lynn is a physical therapist with over 19 years of experience, specializing in pelvic health conditions such as pelvic pain, bowel and bladder dysfunction, and pregnancy/postpartum concerns. She employs manual therapy, visceral mobilization, dry needling, and patient education to provide comprehensive care. Sara Lynn has completed advanced training through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and the APTA Academy of Pelvic Health.
Her background includes developing and managing a pelvic health program spanning 12 clinics across five states. She teaches pelvic health courses at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and has lectured extensively in the region.
Sara Lynn holds a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, graduating with highest honors. She is a Certified Dry Needling Therapist, Certified Athletic Trainer, and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, sports, hiking, and spending time with her husband, Aaron, and their daughter, Sara Grace.
