- neck and back pain related to herniated disc(s)
- degenerative disc disease
- spondylosis (arthritis)
- spondylolisthesis
- radicular (nerve) pain/sciatica
- stenosis
- scoliosis
- trauma/accident
- whiplash
- overuse injury
- post operative pain
- headaches
Individuals with extremity symptoms due to:
- osteoarthritis
- rotator cuff impingement/tear
- adhesive capsulitis
- cartilage injuries
- ligament injuries
- meniscus injuries
- bursitis
- tendonitis/tendinosis
- tennis/golfer’s elbow

Individuals injured on the job and managed under worker’s compensation to differentiate true mechanical pain appropriate for physical therapy care versus fear avoidance behaviors and non-organic signs.
